ShipSafe 2 License Terms (Short Form)
By purchasing and using ShipSafe 2, you receive a non-transferable license to use the compiled software under the plan you purchased.
Plans
- Individual is intended for one user on one Windows device with editable vessel/company fields. Company logo branding is not included.
- Vessel Starter is intended for one vessel or station and locks Company Name, Vessel Name, and IMO Number by license. Company logo branding is included.
- Larger vessel or fleet licenses can be discussed and agreed separately in writing and include company logo branding where configured.
Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute ShipSafe 2 or its activation codes.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.
Support
Support is provided by email and is intended to help with installation, activation, and normal usage questions. Operational use remains the responsibility of the vessel/company.
